Pramod
English is a Language. Communication is a Skill.
Pramod grew up in a Malayalam-medium school, quietly believing that good communication meant good English. For years, he carried the fear that his English wasn't polished enough — that he needed perfect grammar and fancy vocabulary before he could speak with authority. It was only after joining IIT Madras at 22 that he began speaking English seriously. Through corporate roles, teaching, coaching, and mentoring professionals, he slowly saw the real pattern: many people speak fluent English yet fail to explain an idea, while others make grammatical mistakes but communicate so clearly they are remembered. As a career coach, he now watches the same trap every day. Professionals preparing for interviews become so focused on finding the 'perfect' English sentence that they stop communicating naturally. Pramod's message is simple: interviewers don't want perfect grammar. They want clarity, structure, and confidence under pressure. His TEDx Mallareddy talk became the proof of his own lesson. He walked on stage nervous, wondering if he would find the right words — and left having delivered his message in the same language he once struggled to speak. Not perfect English. Clear communication.
